Please use this thread for questions and requests after you use the SEARCH (upper left corner in the forum).

Latest version (4.1.753) got some changes in the transcoding menu. If you're using multiAVCHD to hard-burn subtitles to watch in your Viera TV - use the "INSANE" profile. It is very fast and provides very good picture quality.

Since soft subtitles are not possible with Vieras, this is the only option for viewing AVCHD with subtitles on your TV.

Hi, the new versions of the program are not working anymore with viera TVs
The problem is that the old versions work but have delayed audio when converting a .avi xvid movie

I have a VIERA TV and it is working just fine.

What model is your TV? Can you send 00000.MPL and 00000.CPI from a working and non-working compilation?

I'll give it a try with AVI, but I guess the problem could be the resolution. While I test, would you please try again, but in [transcode] window select RESIZE option to 1280x720.

Btw, why do you convert AVI files to AVCHD? Doesn't your TV support DivX/XviD playback? My TV is Viera 50G20E and it plays avi/.divx files without any problems, including with XSUB or SRT subtitles.

Hi Dean, I just tested and RESIZE to 1280x720 worked fine!
Strange but I remember seeing some videos that were not in hdtv ratio but the TV played fine, just cutting a little of the borders.

BTW my TV is P42S10B and doesn't suppor xvid movies.
