Finally a simple tool to fix all MKV files to correct resolution to play on PS3. Hopefully someday coders stop this crap

I didn't want to use multiAVHCD, since it does more than I need.

I tried uncropmkv last night and after doing 2-pass-HQ, after 7hrs it produced a <1GB file out of 2.09GB file. I couldnt play this file on PC, bUT The original MKV file plays fine on PC. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you download the latest version. It has a fix for x264.exe which causes this.

No, 1.5 is the latest.... check what is the version of x264 that you have... and if needed replace it with

Well, sadly I can't suggest anything... For some reason SOME x264 builds in SOME PC configurations with CERTAIN processors (CPU) cause such things... I can suggest that you try multiAVCHD and see if the same thing will happen...

... or replace x264.exe in \tools\ folder with another one of your choice (which used to work for you).
