I create a BD based on 2 movies from a HD Transponderstream from my satbox.
Creation of the BD was done as BD für all Players and as BD or the PS3.

I'm using 2 BD-Player's from LG and Philips and PowerDVD9 on the PC-Systems.

The BD is working well on PowerDVD9 with menu sound and video.

Inserting the BD burned with imgburn into the 2 players the BD is recognized as a BD and the menu und chapter pictures are presented normal. It's possible to select the movie and chapters. Starting the movie or chapter the menu screen remains on the screen and I can only hear the sound, but no video.

Any suggestions or ideas for the reason of these problems?

The BD Players types are

Philiphs BDP 9100 with actual firmware and
LG BD 370 also with actual firmware

and another check was done with the SONY BDP S 760 owned by a friend - also only sound and menu - no video

I can't see anything wrong...

Can you rename one of your .TS files to .TRP and load it in multiAVCHD? Check if it will work that way.

I have done the rename.

Same result on all 3 Players no video only sound- it works on PowerDVD9.

I checked the .m2ts files in the output /STREAM folder. Playing the m2ts files with the VLC Player gives me video and sound on the PC.

Tomorrow I will try a test without menu at the BD

Hi Dean!
I'm new in multiAVCHD and in this forum.
First let me say that I'm extremely impressed by your work on this!

Second I wonder, if you came to a solution for mikesch's problem, because I suffer from the same:
- I took recordings from a german broadcaster (ARD HD) made with my Topfield SRP 2100,
- cleaned and cut the recordings with TSDoctor,
- used multiAVCHD to put three recordings together with title menu as "BD for every player" and
- let multiAVCHD burn it through ImgBurn on a Verbatim BD-RE in a LG recorder.

On my Philips BDP-7300 the menu starts, but when I choose a title to play, audio starts but the menu remains on the screen.

Do you have a solution?

Make sure that you player and TV support the resolution and framerate of your recordings.
